Answer or decline a call
To answer an incoming call, press the call key, or open the phone.
To end the call, press the end key or close the phone.
To decline an incoming call, press the end key or close the phone.
To decline an incoming call when the phone is closed, press and hold a volume key.
To mute the ringing tone, press a volume key when the phone is closed, or select Silence
when the phone is open.
When receiving a call with the phone open, select Options > Loudspeaker, Answer, or Decline.

Call waiting
To answer the waiting call during an active call, press the call key. The first call is put on
hold. To end the active call, press the end key.
